Manager Portfolio & Equity with a focus on Portfolio Maintenance and Renovation Projects and Media to Cart Execution for Transport & Slider bags you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with the identified audience and brand heart. This role involves collaborating with innovation teams tracking velocities updating assortments and delivering a competitive portfolio. Additionally you will develop work to develop megabrand briefs and execute M2C campaigns.

Required Education Bachelors degree and 7 years of Marketing experience OR Advanced degree and 5 years of marketing experience

Top 5 required Skills: 1. Brand Strategy inclusive of portfolio management and claims strategy and execution 2. Data Analytics 3. Project Management 4. Brief Writing & Campaign Building 5. Innovation

Preferred Attributes: Strong interest in CPG industry Working on crossfunctional team Ability to build strong working relationships Prior experience in the CPG industry High sense of urgency Proven project leadership capability and propensity to grow within brand management and other commercial roles (including sales customer marketing and shopper marketing roles) Demonstrate honesty courage and transparency in words and actions Promote collaboration by valuing others and building trust
