Help discover and evaluate Players (professional gamers teams and content creators) from top Players to promising upcoming talent
Negotiate agreements covering performance expectations content and social media commitments compensation branding rights and schedules.
Onboard new gaming and esports athletes providing brand product and communications training and setting performance goals.
Monitor the gaming and esports athlete roster providing feedback and guidance for performance improvement.
Stay informed on global and local gaming trends titles teams and stakeholders to shape comprehensive marketing strategies.
Serve as a primary link for the gaming program ensuring alignment with all stakeholders and partners.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT Drive innovation in events and projects to keep the brand at the forefront of the gaming landscape. Lead gaming projects locally ensuring robust project management and strategic planning for both long and short terms. Work with the Red Bull Media Network team to align gaming content objectives and explore new content opportunities. Support and monitor activations to ensure premium execution. Working with our Players to help them achieve their content and event goals. Professional gamers need help coordinating a LAN setup before a major tournament. Content creators come up with inspirational events that you need to take from an idea to reality.
Qualifications : Avid gamer knowledgeable about gaming trends and stays up to date with the latest industry news and gaming content. 3 years of experience working with highprofile talent. Legendary communication skills to talk indepth with the best gamers in the world while also working with a wider team not endemic to gaming. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Additional Information : The base salary range for this position is $85350 to $128040
cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
