Robert Half has partnered with a digital and interactive agency looking to bring on a 2D Graphic Designer in Birmingham, Michigan. The selected individual will be responsible for designing and creating print and digital materials for clients, delivering visual aesthetics across a variety of applications, and managing print-production processes.

Responsibilities: • Contribute to the visual design of various projects and oversee the production of relevant deliverables. • Utilize brand guidelines for clients to create visual presentations, proposals, signage, banners, experiential graphics for events, flyers, materials, and digital content. • Guide the design and production of diverse projects to maintain high creative standards. • Interpret and respond creatively to client briefs, enhancing or developing their brand visual identity. In some cases, pioneer a new visual identity under the guidance of the Creative Director. • Deliver print-ready files to printing vendors and review digital proofs for accuracy. • Use industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides) proficiently. • Collaborate effectively with team members and build strong relationships.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a 2D Graphic Designer within an agency • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign • Demonstrated experience in creating advertisements and brochures, and ability to design and manage art files for print production • Proven skills in creating engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides • Excellent artwork creation and manipulation abilities • Strong understanding of print production processes and requirements • Exceptional visual design skills, including the use of color, layout, and typography • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work onsite with creative teams 3-4 days per week
