As an Audio Visual Sales Account Executive, you will need to seek out and find A/V integration opportunities utilizing a consultative style business approach. Qualified Audio Visual Sales candidates should be of the hunter personality and a relationship builder who will work with the CCS team to deliver an exceptional client experience while growing business in the assigned market.

Responsibilities:

  • The Audio Visual Sales Account Executive is responsible to actively pursue audio visual integration business opportunities for CCS within Corporate, Government, Hospitality, Health Care, Sports Venue & Education sectors.
  • The Audio Visual Sales Account Executive will be the main contact and client relationship manager, with responsibility for delivering and presenting proposals for customer and RFP opportunities to new and existing clients.
  • The successful Audio Visual Sales candidate will work with the Sales Director, Sales Support and Design Engineering Teams to effectively win business opportunities.
  • The Audio Visual Sales Account Executive Candidate will work with the Sales Director to develop a sales plan to achieve revenue and profit goals.

Technical and Business Expertise:

  • Audio Visual Sales candidates should have at least 5 years experience in the role of an Audio Visual Sales Consultant with an AV integration firm.
  • Audio Visual Sales candidates should possess a good understanding of Audio-Visual & collaboration technologies.
  • Ability to understand and create AV system designs is a strong plus. Technical skills preferred.
  • An understanding of Unified Communications, IT and Networking Technologies is essential.
  • The Audio Visual Sales candidate should possess good business negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Utilization of a CRM system is a requirement at CCS.
  • The Audio Visual Sales Account Executive individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and exercise strong time management, with good technical, written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum of Audio Visual Sales Experience working for a national AV integration firm.
  • 3-5 years’ outside and B2B sales experience.
  • Associates / Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience accepted.
  • Proven track record selling audio-visual integration, IT integration, hardware, software or related technology-based product or solution.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Elevated level of professionalism (excellent oral & written communications skills).
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Team mentality, positive attitude, honest, loyal, hard working and motivated.
  • Experienced user of CRM Software (Salesforce or Nutshell).
