THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO COORDINATOR
As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you live your power by supporting the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience including coordinating studio operations and holding the studio to the highest health and safety standards. This SC role is a part-time, entry-level position which will allow you to learn the business and develop the skillset to operate a studio.
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values at all times and inspire these values in others.
- Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, and programming enrollment.
- Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week.
- Serve as the studio-level point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is not present.
- Maintain appropriate studio supply inventory and cleanliness.
- Engage with the studio community and foster relationships.
- Support teachers with POS and pre/post class duties.
Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol
- Uphold high standards for studio cleanliness and functionality.
- Communicate Smart Health Protocol to students.
- Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET).
- Support coordination of the Studio Experience Team including scheduling and training.
Coordinate Studio Systems
- Act as a liaison between the Studio Manager and teaching/SET teams.
- Support training and usage of various studio systems including POS and HRIS applications.
Teaching Schedule
Support the studio class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 classes per week of branded CorePower Yoga classes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values.
- Excellent oral communication skills and professionalism.
- Experience in Customer Service required.
- Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
- Familiarity with studio systems such as HRIS and point of sale systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
THE FINE PRINT
- Availability must match the needs of the business.
- Must be able to move around the studio space and lift up to 25 lbs.
- If certified to teach, must be able to step in to teach class on short notice.

COMPENSATION
Hourly rate: $23.00
