Position: Community Manager for Sycamore at Tyvola – Charlotte, NC
Role Overview
As the Community Manager for this community, you are responsible for 288 apartment-homes. You will manage the team to increase profitability through day-to-day operational and financial management, as well as overall resident satisfaction.

Most Important Responsibilities
- Maintains the revenue, expenses, physical and economic occupancy in accordance to the budget and projections.
- Strong sales management skills, assist the team to reach and maintain occupancy levels.
- Manage property inspections in accordance with CRC requirements.
- Successfully manage renewals for resident retention goals.
- Coaching and developing all team members.
- Reporting on weekly traffic trends to capture reasons for leasing and any objections, which will result in regular pricing recommendations.
- Manage outreach marketing efforts to assist in traffic generation and building relationships.
Most Important Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Community Manager experience.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach and motivate team members.
- Must be willing to rotate on Saturdays occasionally, as needed basis.
- Must be willing and able to balance all aspects of the role, from leasing to admin duties.
- Industry designations/certifications preferred.
- Ability to effectively write reports and business correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle resident issues.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
