Interior Designer (Full-Time)
Award-Winning Design/Build Firm 

We are an innovative and award-winning design/build firm, looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team! If you're passionate about design, have exceptional people skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic, creative environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Position Overview:
As an Interior Designer, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with product selection, bringing their visions to life, and managing design projects from concept to completion. You will be working in collaboration with clients and our team to develop detailed plans, design rooms, and ensure the overall aesthetic aligns with the client's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand design goals and product preferences.
• Organize and develop written scope of finish materials, including calculating pricing.
• Utilize Revit to design rooms and document finishes.
• Upload materials to Buildertrend for client and project tracking.
• Maintain an organized and professional selection room.
• Stage homes for photo shoots to highlight the design work.
• Represent the company at consumer seminars, speaking on interior design topics.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
• Allied or professional membership with ASID (American Society of Interior Designers).
• Expertise in Revit – this is a must.
• Strong people skills and ability to work closely with clients and team members.
• SketchUp experience, along with hand rendering skills, is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lumion 3D is highly desirable.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) standards.
• Experience with photo staging and presentation for visual storytelling.
