Leading printing company in TN is in growth mode. Due to expanding operations, the company is hiring an experienced Website Designer/ Social Media Specialist.
Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop an e-commerce website to drive customer interaction and increase business.
• Build a user-friendly virtual storefront to show case diverse printed products offered by the company.
• Use social media platforms to promote the company's offerings, drive on-line ordering, and increase company awareness.
• Brainstorm new, unique ideas and direction for social content and marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including TikTok, X, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Utilize SEO research to select optimal hashtags and keywords, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement for all posts.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelors degree in website design, website development, digital marketing, or social media advertising preferred.
• Minimum 4 - 6 years' e-commerce website design and/or development experience.
• Minimum 3- 5 years' experience in social media marketing.
• A high level of social media experience with Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Enthusiastic about creating engaging social media content.
• Creative with excellent brain storming skills.
• Strong writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
• Detailed and able to multi-task several on-going projects.
• PC and Mac proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work on your own and in a team environment.
