Architect/Project Designer
to join our Mixed-Use/Multifamily studio, working on everything from affordable housing to mixed-use transit-oriented developments. The ideal candidate will work in close collaboration with the project architect and/or project designers. Sound interesting? Let’s talk. Here's What You’ll Be Doing: Design and production from schematics through construction administration for the Mixed- Use/Multifamily Studio Be a part of a growing team on multiple projects Take a hands-on approach in contributing to the design and technical quality throughout the execution of a project Communicate with internal project team members and consultants in a timely fashion with professionalism Produce drawings in Revit Be proficient in developing creative architectural solutions that meet the firm’s standard of design and client expectations Here’s What You’ll Need : Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in multifamily residential or commercial building design Experience and proficiency in Revit, Sketchup and Adobe Suite Experience in construction document preparation and field observation through construction administration Self-starter, team player, creative, positive and curious attitude What we offer: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid parental leave 401K match Short- and long-term disability Volunteerism opportunities and support Paid personal time Paid holiday time Paid floating holiday Flex spending account Professional dues and license reimbursement Competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills Baskervill is proud to be an equal opportunity employer M/F/Disability/Veteran, and drug-free workplace.
