PROGRAM
The Atlanta Falcons and Wells Fargo are dedicated to leveling the playing field
for HBCU students interested in kicking off careers in sports and entertainment. Together, with Atlanta's Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), we're excited to move the future of these industries
FORWARD . 12 talented students from Atlanta-based HBCUs will be selected to participate in the inaugural cohort. Fellows will be chosen to represent each of the following schools: Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Morris Brown College, and Spelman College. Fellows will be selected by the Atlanta Falcons to work within a variety of departments including Brand Marketing, External Communications, Graphic Design, Community Relations and Engagement, Content Production, Stadium Production, Live Events and Entertainment, and Sports Technology.

ABOUT THE ATLANTA FALCONS
The Atlanta Falcons are a professional American football club and member of the National Football League (NFL). The team's headquarters and practice facility are located on a 50-acre site in Flowery Branch, Georgia. The Falcons' NFL expansion franchise was awarded in 1965 and acquired by current owner Arthur M. Blank in 2002. Under Blank's leadership, the Falcons have become one of the League's premier teams on and off the field, playing their home games at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. DEPARTMENT ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The
Atlanta Falcons Graphic Design
fellow will be responsible for developing graphic design content to support the Atlanta Falcons. They will work as a member of the AMBSE Creative Team, in close collaboration with graphic designers and a Creative Operations Manager. They will report directly to the Atlanta Falcons Creative Design Manager.
They will be involved in the day-to-day design and campaign development in service to all departments within the business: marketing, digital, sponsorships, retail, community relations, and more. Our team is comprised of highly-motivated, positive, and talented professionals who prioritize relationship-building, verbal and written communication, and willingness to learn. We strongly believe in creating the most dynamic, innovative, and groundbreaking work that drives sales, volume, and alignment with broader organizational goals.
This position is based full-time at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA with occasional travel to Atlanta Falcons Training Camp in Flowery Branch, GA.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Must be a rising Sophomore - Senior, all majors are welcome to apply Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or some combination of) is preferred A portfolio of visual work that represents a diverse, creative skill set Demonstrated career interest in Sports and Entertainment Embody our core values (Put People First, Include Everyone, Lead by Example, Listen and Respond, Give Back to Others, and Innovate Continuously), academic excellence and extracurricular leadership Must be enrolled full-time at an Atlanta-based HBCU program at the time of the assignment (Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, or Morris Brown College) Minimum GPA of 3.0 Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident This fellow will spend the majority of the fellowship based at Mercedes-Benz Stadium with opportunities to engage at the Atlanta Falcons Training Camp facility in Flowery Branch, GA. Must have access to reliable transportation.
