We are hiring a UX Designer I for a leading life sciences company to join its creative team. This role will be instrumental in crafting seamless user experiences and designing intuitive interfaces for a range of products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in UX/UI design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, engaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
User-Centered Design: Lead user experience and interface design efforts, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user journey. Work closely with marketers, developers, and internal teams to translate business goals into compelling design solutions. Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices. Wireframing & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing. Visual Design:
Develop high-quality, on-brand interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets for implementation. Collaboration & Implementation:
Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless execution of design solutions. Partner with internal stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives and user needs. Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools and techniques. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams. A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred.
