Acquisition Marketing Project Manager for a financial services client located in
Riverwoods, IL.
The ideal candidate will come with
5+
years of experience. This is a
full-time,
remote ,
7-month
contract opportunity
with the possibility of an extension . Compensation for this position is expected to be
$55-$65/hour
depending on experience level and fit.
What You'll Do:
Project validations- Project management for Product Rewards and Promotions, not campaign execution. Monitor Fallout Reports Route copy approvals Update procedures and job aids as needed Maintain task trackers Collaborate with teams to update checklists as needed Validate that articles are published accurately Reviews complaints to determine if escalation is necessary Project Management of installing new letters and or renewing new letters Steps in to fill in for teammates to maintain controls or keep tasks moving while they're out of office Create and send out weekly email updates Develop, maintain, and enhance process controls and reporting Updates Marketing Board as needed Trains Business Partners with compliance task as needed Works on team presentation decks What You'll Need:
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in related field. 5 years experience required. Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel knowledge. Financial background is a must.
