What You'll Do in the Role:

  • Build and Scale the Product Marketing Function – Establish and optimize product marketing processes, ensuring alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution – Develop and drive end-to-end GTM motions, from new product launches to feature adoption and revenue acceleration.
  • Be a Strategic Leader & Cross-Functional Influencer – Partner closely with senior leadership across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategic priorities.
  • Be the Cross-Functional Glue – Act as the strategic bridge between Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Develop Positioning & Messaging – Create clear, differentiated product messaging that speaks to our audience’s needs and drives demand.
  • Drive Revenue Growth & Product Adoption – Partner with Customer Success to ensure customers fully adopt and maximize BenchPrep’s offerings.
  • Lead Sales & Customer Enablement – Equip internal teams with compelling assets, training, and competitive intelligence.
  • Conduct Market & Competitive Research – Analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Establish Key Metrics & Drive Performance – Define and measure success for product marketing initiatives.

Skills & Experiences We Value:

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience – EdTech experience is a plus!
  • Proven success in building and scaling product marketing functions.
  • Expertise in go-to-market execution, including product launches and revenue optimization.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging abilities.
  • A data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to operate autonomously.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to industry conferences and events as required (approximately 3-5 per year).
