DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for maintaining, building, and exceeding advertising revenue goals for the digital portfolio. Successful candidates will also demonstrate an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to achieve results, despite obstacles!
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Set and own territory sales agendas including managing a territory and sales quota.
- Develop account and territory strategies for long-term development and revenue growth.
- Generate new sales leads.
- Act as a business specialist on behalf of your clients - strategically developing digital and mixed media solutions to suit their objective.
- Establish and nurture connections with clients through a significant number of in-person meetings.
- Prioritize and lead to ensure accurate account management both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with centers of excellence to develop strategic roadmaps and generate revenue across the portfolio.
- Establish oneself as a thought leader within the digital community and evangelize Paramount’s outstanding positioning within the marketplace.
- Stay ahead of marketplace trends relating to clients as well as the digital industry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
What you bring to the team:
- Sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team, goal-oriented environment.
- 5+ years proven advertising interactive sales experience.
- Strong desire to win and grow as a digital ad sales professional.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle stress well and balance multiple account challenges at once.
- BS/BA degree, or equivalent training and experience.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, G Suite, and Salesforce.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Hiring Salary Range: $93,000.00 - 106,500.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
