As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase their portfolio of properties online. Your success will depend on your ability to build long-lasting, service-focused customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients through consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue.
  • Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales.
  • Teamwork – Collaborate with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends.
  • Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings, requiring travel by car and possibly outside the driving radius of your office location.

Basic Qualifications

  • A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Current and valid driver’s license.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record check prior to start.

  • Success in building long-term relationships with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a high-growth company.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and within a team.

This position offers a base salary range of $80,000 based on relevant skills and experience, in addition to commission opportunities and a generous benefits plan.
