Job Responsibilities:
Operates the telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Six (6) months prior experience as Communications Systems Operator or in Call Center, Customer Service, Switchboard, or Receptionist roles.
2. Ability to maintain composure during contacts with callers.
3. Pleasant telephone voice, with the ability to work closely with other operators.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. One (1) year hospital-based experience as a Communications Systems Operator.
