Key Responsibilities
- Craft high-quality graphic design materials for a variety of marketing initiatives, including digital advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and banners.
- Ensure that all design outputs are in alignment with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice across all platforms and materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to grasp campaign objectives and messaging, creating captivating visual designs that engage and drive results.
- Design striking visuals for websites, blogs, and social media channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to enhance user experience and encourage engagement.
- Organize and manage design assets, including images, icons, logos, and templates, making them readily accessible for future projects.
- Participate in design reviews and integrate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance designs.
- Maintain awareness of design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and creativity of visual content.
- Prepare final artwork for various production requirements, ensuring all files are optimized for both digital and print distribution.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with additional design tools (such as Sketch, Figma).
- A robust portfolio that showcases your creative design capabilities, versatility, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in creating web design elements, digital assets, and content for social media platforms.
- A solid understanding of design principles encompassing typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively incorporate feedback.
- A genuine passion for design, creativity, and marketing.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous but not mandatory.
