We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer ready to elevate their career while making significant creative contributions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative vision by managing design projects to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create diverse marketing materials, including landing pages, product one-sheets, pitch decks, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee freelance design teams by developing project briefs, timelines, and style guidelines.
  • Spearhead brand development initiatives, including market research, logo creation, brand asset development, and website design.
  • Partner closely with the CEO to craft the brand’s narrative and produce high-level pitch decks and materials for investors.
  • Coordinate the design and creation of tradeshow and event collateral, such as banners, displays, and promotional materials.
  • Gain familiarity with intellectual property processes, including trademarking and collaborating with IP lawyers.
  • Manage feature articles with industry publications to ensure a coherent brand narrative.
  • Design wireframes and mockups for websites, prioritizing an intuitive user experience.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Experienced with web and marketing tools such as Figma, WordPress, Elementor, and HubSpot Marketing Tools.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with expertise in brand development and UI/UX wireframing.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the fintech sector or a related field.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing an array of design projects and styles.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • An eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout, along with a commitment to pushing creative boundaries.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
