They are looking for a data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead their partnerships and campaigns, helping to build authentic relationships that drive engagement and growth.
About the Role:
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute influencer strategies, identify and cultivate relationships with creators, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. You will work cross-functionally with content, social, and brand teams to elevate influencer-driven initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Influencer Strategies: Build and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand’s goals.
- Identify & Build Partnerships: Source, vet, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including outreach, negotiation, contracts, content approvals, and performance tracking.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI) and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with social, creative, and performance marketing teams to integrate influencer efforts into larger marketing campaigns.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep campaigns innovative and impactful.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.
- Deep understanding of influencer trends, engagement metrics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Aspire, GRIN, or Tagger).
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on performance insights.
- Experience working with paid amplification strategies is a plus.
