*Choral Program Coordinator*
The Children's Chorus of San Antonio seeks a Choral Program Coordinator to join our team! The Program Coordinator oversees student-focused activities within CCSA's tuition-based and outreach choral programs, including rehearsals, performances, and community engagements. Serving as a key liaison among singers, staff, and community partners, this role ensures smooth operations and meaningful experiences for all involved. Success in this position requires strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a deep commitment to CCSA's mission of enriching young lives through choral music. The ideal candidate will possess integrity, excellent customer service skills, discretion, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and strong interpersonal skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program Administrative Support
--Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding events, schedules, and program updates.
--Maintain and regularly update CCSA's program calendars, including ensemble schedules and performance commitments.
--Develop and manage an up-to-date database of student information, attendance, and participation records.
--Oversee program policies such as attendance, music returns, and uniforms to ensure compliance and clear communication.
--Assist in preparing and distributing materials related to student experiences, including event guidelines and itineraries.
--Provide general administrative support to CCSA staff and faculty as needed. - Rehearsal and Event Support
--Collaborate with artistic staff to ensure smooth execution of all student-related events in alignment with CCSA's standards.
--Oversee rehearsal and performance logistics, including setup, breakdown, and volunteer coordination.
--Work with Music Library volunteers to prepare and distribute music materials, ensuring proper organization and tracking.
--Other duties as assigned. - Community Performances Coordination
--Coordinate ensembles and individual singers for community performances and gigs.
--Act as the primary liaison for community partners and venues to facilitate clear communication and logistics.

--Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to encourage engagement and long-term support.
