Our consulting firm client needs a Visual / UX Designer to join their team for an ongoing project, 40 hours/week fully remote. Strong possibility to convert to FTE for the right fit.

In this exciting opportunity, the Visual / UX Designer will work with cross-functional teams to design web and mobile interfaces, marketing assets, and more for the consulting firm's Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and project requirements.
  2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  3. Align UX designs with frameworks like Microsoft Power Apps, React, and SAP Fiori to streamline development efforts.
  4. Conduct usability testing to refine and optimize designs for seamless user experiences.
  5. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, define project goals, and document findings.
  6. Create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and display ads.
  7. Communicate design rationale and ideas clearly to non-design stakeholders.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  1. BA in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  2. Strong portfolio that demonstrates proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  3. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
  5. Proven ability to work quickly and decisively in fast-paced environments.
  6. Bonus skills: HTML / CSS, experience in the software or consulting services space.
