Internships are Monday through Friday for 40 hours a week. Our Marketing Intern will gain experience alongside our Creative Marketing Manager by helping manage the post-production process of data and digital asset management within the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Organize, upload and label photos, graphics and historical content
- Coordinate the sharing of assets with additional marketing teams, such as content and graphics, in a timely manner when requested
- Conduct periodic data-verification audits to ensure data accuracy in order to create an easy and consistent search of assets
- Audit content on Smith's official materials by comparing it to reference material
- Participate in weekly content planning meetings with additional marketing teams
- Other duties as assigned
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, information technology or library and information science
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to prioritize and self-manage tasks/projects
- Using a data-driven approach when completing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with colleagues of all levels
- Experience with Monday.com and/or Brandfolder is a plus
Location: Fully in office - 5306 Hollister Street, Houston TX 77040
Dates: Monday, June 2nd to Friday, August 8th (10 weeks)
