LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a respected law firm in Pittsburgh to find a Creditors\u2019 Rights/Bankruptcy Paralegal. Candidates with over 3+ years of experience in creditors' rights within a law firm setting, who are seeking new opportunities, are encouraged to submit their resumes for consideration.

Essential Duties:

•         Manage case files, calendars, and track deadlines for creditors' rights cases.

•         Draft and organize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, summary judgments, and discovery requests/responses.

•         Conduct legal research on relevant laws and case precedents.

•         Prepare trial materials including binders, witness lists, and exhibit lists.

•         Communicate with courts and clients.

•         Coordinate with firm software, the accounting department, and other team members.

Requirements:

•         Paralegal degree or certificate preferred.

•         3+ years of law firm experience, especially in debt collection, foreclosure, or tax collection.

•         Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

•         Detail-oriented with the ability to handle a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.

•         Proficiency in legal research and case management software (Pro-Law preferred).

•         Strong client service approach.



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
