Presbyterian Homes Management & Services is seeking a full-time Director of Digital Marketing. The purpose of your position is “Creating Smiles in the Eyes of the People We Serve” by fulfilling Presbyterian Homes’ Mission and operating philosophies and representing Presbyterian Homes & Services and its operating entities to the community at large in relation to the digital marketing goals of the organization. Responsibilities The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing, analyzing and monitoring various digital communication systems, digital marketing, and providing internal communication support to PHS managers and site/division leaders. Develops and leads strategies for digital marketing and content through web design, brand alignment, and an outreach plan to increase visibility, traffic, and engagement across digital channels, including presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media. Leads digital strategy including PHS web presence, video storytelling, and social media. Identifies, prioritizes, and acts as project manager for website opportunities and enhancements. Leads vendor selection process, negotiations, and onboarding. Identifies, prioritizes, and acts as project manager for the Vine (employee intranet) opportunities and enhancements. Leads vendor selection process, negotiations, and onboarding. Develops and executes digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM and digital campaigns. Serves as key liaison and subject matter expert with Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Employee Experience, PHS Foundation, and other PHS functions around digital marketing. Monitors online reviews and mentions of PHS to proactively protect the brand. Responds when appropriate and escalates when needed. Oversees digital analytics and reporting. Ensures accountability by setting goals, monitoring performance, and leading digital problem-solving for all functions across the continuum. Optimizes the flow of information to foster a culture of accountability and transparency consistent with PHS brand while protecting confidential and protected information through the development and management of key policies and procedures. Develops new systems as needed and works continuously to improve current systems. Ensures proper education and development activities are in place to maintain and improve functions. Synergizes team’s goals with organizational goals by actively participating in department and site activities, meetings, and processes. Assists fellow team members with the completion of their work when assigned or needed. Promotes continuous self-development and growth. Exhibits technical competence by being familiar with and ensuring compliance with regulations and established best practices. Maintains current knowledge of community resources and organization and industry policies and practices. Uses discretion and independent judgment to compare and evaluate possible courses of action and decision-making. Supports the integration of Christian culture and Christian heritage through marketing and education systems and recognizes the importance of spiritual matters to all audiences. Other areas as identified by Sr. Director of Marketing Communications. Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Communication, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of experience running digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads and Social Media Ads (e.g. Facebook, Instagram). Experience in senior housing, service, or healthcare-related environment preferred. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail. Must have flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members, visitors, and the general public. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and other common computer programs. Demonstrated proficiency with online content management, social media, and web analytics. Must understand the principles of effective digital marketing and communication. Must be a team player, willing to take direction and accept responsibility for meeting specified objectives. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers. Pay Range The estimated starting pay range for this role is $88,026 - $110,053 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change. Benefits
