Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet business owners needs.
- Sales Presentations: Present and explain policy features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and state regulations.
Requirements
Education & Licensing:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
Sales Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain complex insurance products clearly and persuasively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and handle multiple client accounts
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Familiarity with industry-specific platforms (preferred but not required)

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed
