What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage each reporter with honor, care, and concern, ensuring confidentiality
- Answer calls promptly and guide callers through the interview process
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all reports internally and externally
- Assist with special projects and departmental responsibilities as assigned
- Maintain schedule flexibility for 24/7 operation shifts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Outstanding customer service skills with strong customer orientation
- Emotional resilience to remain calm in distressing situations
- Quiet, secure home office with recommended internet speed
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience using MS Office and navigating proprietary software applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role with emotional resilience training
- Bilingual proficiency in languages beyond English
