What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Engage each reporter with honor, care, and concern
2. Answer calls in a timely manner and follow proper greetings for all customers
3. Lead reporters through a guided interview process with attention to detail
4. Maintain strict confidentiality of all reports
5. Assist with special projects and departmental responsibilities

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Outstanding customer service skills with a strong customer orientation
2. Ability to demonstrate emotional resilience in distressing situations
3. Quiet, secure home office with recommended internet speed
4. Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
5. Experience using MS Office and navigating proprietary software applications
