Country Supplier is the home of C-A-L Ranch and Coastal Farm & Home, both brands are leaders in the farm and ranch store industry. We need a super-talented Graphic Designer to join THE FARM—the newly formed and ever-growing Marketing Team at C-A-L Ranch.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce designs in various formats and media types in cohesive campaigns including print ads, web graphics, store signage, social media, digital advertising, and more.
• Create content that is appealing, informative, concise, easy to understand, and true to C-A-L Ranch Stores brand.
• Collaborate and share ideas in meetings, presentations, and proposals.
• Stay current on trends in social media, design, and marketing, as well as software and technology.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or related field
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain clear and consistent branding
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork with attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Indepth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Teams, and OneDrive
• Video editing and animation skills are a plus
• Interest in eCommerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques
