We need a super-talented Marketing Publisher to join THE FARM—the newly formed and ever-growing Marketing Team at C-A-L Ranch.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Email Execution: Build, test, and schedule emails using provided assets and links.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish social posts. Handle social ad content in Meta.
- Print & In-Store Signage: Design and format store signs in Adobe InDesign for campaigns, manager specials, and monthly promotions.
- Digital Ad Coordination: Package and send Google ad assets to digital partners.
- Campaign Coordination: Execute the tactical rollout of each campaign: research, scheduling, testing, publishing, and performance tracking.
- Agency Communication: Coordinate with partners to ensure materials are delivered and campaigns go live seamlessly.
- Creative Research & Inspiration: Gather examples of similar campaigns, taglines, post formats, and strategies for inspiration and benchmarking.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Associates or bachelor's degree in communication, advertising, graphic design, or related field OR 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills—ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure with tight timelines.
- Ability to interact and work with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to take on new tasks as needed and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to maintain clear and consistent branding.
- Be able to see other people’s points of view and take on critical feedback.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Interest in eCommerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques will be beneficial.
