The Digital Operations Producer will work closely with the Site Operations Manager to organize, prioritize, manage, and execute technical projects and tasks related to Country Supplier’s digital ecosystem and presence. This includes maintaining and extending Country Suppliers websites, feature set, troubleshooting various web-based systems and system integrations issues, and managing technical projects and support tickets. This position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with the Site Operations Manager to manage requirements, development, and maintenance of technical initiatives
- Manage or help to manage technical projects and tasks
- Troubleshoot digital ecosystem issues as assigned
- Document solutions
- Create and maintain Jira tickets across multiple Jira Projects
- Work with Digital Merchandising, Digital Marketing and Digital Customer Service departments on current issues and future system enhancements.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Solid technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with development teams and internal customers to facilitate the delivery of customer requirements
- Ability to focus on priorities, manage change and deliver against agreed deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, experience with Jira a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Web Development or Computer Science degree or experience a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Technology
- 3+ years supporting web-based (SaaS) technical platforms
- 2+ years supporting integrations between web-based systems
- Experience working at or managing a systems integrator
- Experience managing 3rd party software vendors
- Experience with digital platforms including eCommerce Platform, Order Management System, Product Information Management tools
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Strong business, data analysis and interpretation skills
- Strong collaboration skills; experience managing digital marketing in a highly matrixed, multi-channel retailer a strong plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Self-starter and able to solve complex problems
Physical Demands/Job Conditions
- Sit for extended periods; frequently stand and walk;
- Normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination;
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.;
- Use of office equipment, including computer, telephone, calculator, copiers, and fax.
- Periodic travel to various store locations.
- Potential for occasional out-of-state travel and overnight trips.
