R&D Brewing, an innovative and rapidly growing craft brewery based in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital & Social Media Manager to lead our online presence, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness across digital and social platforms.

Job Summary

The Digital & Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our social media and digital marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  2. Manage content creation, including graphics, videos, copywriting, and other digital assets.
  3. Oversee daily social media management, including posting, community engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
  4. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative) to align content with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
  6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and platform updates.
  7. Manage paid social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
  8. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  9. Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital channels.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. Experience in digital marketing and social media management preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and trends.
  4. Experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
  5. Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, etc.).
  6. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  7. Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer marketing.
  8. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Passion for digital marketing, creativity, and brand storytelling.
