Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic

Marketing Manager

with demonstrated experience in

HubSpot/CRM

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, lead nurturing and brand messaging. The Marketing Professional will play a critical role in driving marketing strategy, optimizing customer engagement, and supporting business growth. This position is suited for a results-driven individual contributor with excellent communication skills and technical expertise in leveraging HubSpot to enhance marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities: HubSpot Management:

Utilize and manage the HubSpot platform for email marketing, CRM, lead scoring, automation workflows, and reporting. Ensure HubSpot is optimized for marketing and sales collaboration. Lead Generation:

Develop and execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns using HubSpot tools while monitoring and improving conversion rates. Content Creation and Strategy:

Collaborate with the content team to develop marketing collateral and emails, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Campaign Execution:

Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns, including messaging, email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM efforts. Analytics and Reporting:

Leverage HubSpot analytics to track campaign success and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI. Collaboration with Sales Teams:

Work closely with sales staff to streamline the handoff of qualified leads from marketing to sales. Optimization and A/B Testing:

Use data to measure campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to identify opportunities for improvement. Training and Support:

Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot tools and features as needed.

Qualifications: Experience:

5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience using

HubSpot/CRM

for marketing campaigns and CRM management. Technical Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of CRM features, including email automation, workflows, and reporting. Certification in HubSpot is a strong plus. Marketing Skills:

Expertise in digital marketing strategies, content creation, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing. Data-Driven Mindset:

Proven ability to analyze data, measure campaign success, and make informed decisions to optimize performance. Collaboration:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments, particularly with sales and creative teams. Attention to Detail:

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in planning and executing marketing efforts. Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in crafting clear and persuasive marketing materials.
