Job Details Establishes, directs, and coordinates clinical marketing strategy and activities for the Transfusion Management franchise, with specific focus on downstream North America programs. Influences go-to-market strategies and crafts compelling clinical and operational value messaging for customers and prospects. Responsible for developing compelling value proof points and deliverables such as case studies and testimonials, white papers, speaking engagements, etc. Responsible for creating and reinforcing the value proposition to drive marketing campaigns, field enablement, partner support, and product launches. Customer facing liaison responsible for collaboration of voice of customer, user communities, market data and KOL development and management.
Essential Duties
Maintain subject matter expertise in solution features, software configuration, use cases and operational clinical workflows Conducts analysis of customer base and identifies solutions to trends and changes in demands and collaborates with upstream product marketing for roadmap development Develop clinical marketing focused messaging for product launches with a focus on clinical and operational value Compiles and analyzes competitive information on market trends and tracks key statistics. Visits customers in North America regularly to understand market needs, build KOL network and advocate for case studies. In collaboration with global and franchise marketing, develop and support successful implementation of annual strategic and marketing plans at the regional level. Supports Global Marketing Directors to develop strategies to meet revenue goals for global market Supervisory Responsibilities: None Qualifications
Education Bachelor's Degree (Required) Master's Degree or advanced marketing training (Preferred) Years of Experience 6 – 7 years Progressive marketing and or sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in a healthcare related industry (Required)
