It's about exceeding your potential. We're looking for a visionary Vice President, Head of Design to shape and drive the user experience (UX) and research strategy across our suite of products. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a passion for user-centered design, a track record of scaling UX practices, and the ability to influence product direction at the highest level. As the Head of Design, you will lead a team of designers, researchers, and UX professionals to create seamless, intuitive, and impactful product experiences. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to embed UX best practices into every stage of product development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Strategy Define and drive the UX and research vision across our portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class user experiences. Advocate for user-centered design principles, influencing both product and business strategy. User Experience & Design Excellence Ensure our products are intuitive, accessible, and high-impact for users. Establish and maintain design systems, principles, and best practices for consistency across all product experiences. Oversee the development of user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to shape the product vision. User Research & Insights Lead UX research initiatives using user interviews, usability testing, analytics, and surveys to drive product innovation. Scale research practices that inform decision-making and improve user satisfaction. Communicate research findings effectively to influence key stakeholders. Team Leadership & Growth Build, mentor, and develop a world-class UX and research team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and support team members' career growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Korn Ferry Institute and Engineering to translate design concepts into scalable, high-quality solutions. Champion design thinking across the company, driving a user-first culture in product development. Effectively communicate UX strategies and insights to both technical and non-technical teams. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX. Define and track UX performance metrics to measure impact and continuously refine our approach. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, driving UX and research strategies for SaaS products. Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performance UX teams in fast-paced environments. Expertise in UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Axure). Extensive experience with user research methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and analytics. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience managing design systems and scaling UX practices in a growing organization. A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with execution. EDUCATION Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
