It's about exceeding your potential. The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will bring deep expertise in search and social media marketing, with a focus on detail. This role requires a strategic thinker who can set and execute strategies, lead teams, and is hands-on in campaign execution. In this role, you will be responsible for digital campaign strategy and execution, driving results through organic and paid channels including web, email, social media, and search. You will align digital marketing efforts with growth goals, building our sales pipeline through effective opportunity generation and engagement programs. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage market research and customer data to define audience personas, segmentation, and messaging strategies. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels (web, email, social media, search, display) to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue. Create relevant marketing copy that captures attention and drives actions, with continuous testing for optimization. Build and optimize data-driven nurture programs to personalize the buyer's journey, increasing qualified opportunities and accelerating sales. Set performance targets and KPIs, monitor campaign performance, analyze competitor activities, and identify areas for improvement. Oversee marketing operations, including management and optimization of the MarTech stack. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources strategically to maximize ROI. Qualifications
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Proven success in developing and executing performance marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition and revenue. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Ability to craft persuasive marketing copy across various touchpoints, ensuring campaign performance and brand consistency. Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo), analytics (6sense, Marketo Measure), CRM systems (Salesforce), and data enrichment tools. Education
