About the role

Position Summary:

The

Brand & Content Strategist

is responsible for developing and executing creative content initiatives that support brand growth, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across digital and traditional platforms for our suite of ecommerce brands. This role blends creative thinking, leadership, strategic planning, and execution, offering an exciting opportunity to lead content and brand development while mentoring team members and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Brand Management

Develop and maintain a cohesive creative vision for a brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels Analyze brand positioning, customer insights, market trends and competitors' activities Consistently brainstorm to generate new ideas and strategies to move our brands forward Improve the brand's reach to new customers, strengthen the brand's connection to existing customers - building brand loyalty Develop, implement and manage a brand's social media and influencer strategy Content

Lead the development and execution of a content strategy that supports brand goals, customer needs, and business objectives. Develop and manage content calendars and ensure timely and effective delivery of content across all platforms. Track and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Ability to generate content that inspires action, teaches, and entertains for various channels. Plan and execute marketing programs that align with brand, content, and business goals. Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer service to ensure a unified brand message. Mentor content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality content. Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives Collaborate and manage with agencies and external partners as needed to execute content and branding initiatives. Qualifications:

5+ years in a content marketing role, preferably in an online retail environment targeting consumer and businesses Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Or relevant experience. Proven experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Graphic design and familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) a plus A keen eye for aesthetics and details Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Working Environment:

Full-time, Salaried position $90,000 annually

Ability to handle multiple priorities at once Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to work on-site at the Plymouth, MN location This position is eligible for hybrid work
