In this critical role, you will lead and execute a high volume of trade shows and field events directly driving pipeline growth and brand awareness. You will manage event strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with our demand generation goals and targeted ICP engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic event plan
aligned with pipeline goals, including high-impact “Super Bowl” trade shows, partner-driven opportunities, and sales-led field events. Use consistent criteria to prioritize and evaluate events based on ROI potential. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(sales, product, leadership) to define event objectives, messaging, deliverables, and participation, ensuring seamless integration with broader campaigns and a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Plan and manage event promotion
across pre-, during-, and post-event phases, leveraging digital, social, and direct engagement tactics to maximize awareness, engagement, and conversions. Oversee all event logistics , including booth design, materials, shipping, on-site setup, staff schedules and training, exclusive meetings, and execution of field events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional attendee experiences. Track and analyze event performance , including S2 conversions and ROI, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and continuously improve outcomes. Design memorable event experiences
that set our brand apart, deepen customer and prospect engagement, and build long-term loyalty. Integrate events into larger campaigns
for maximum visibility and impact, amplifying their effectiveness across multiple channels. Partner with the partner team
to build a robust field strategy that strengthens collaboration and improves Lead-to-S2 conversion rates. Own the front-line event insights
by testing messaging, demos, and customer interactions at trade shows and field events. Build cross-functional relationships with customer success, product, and sales teams to enhance pipeline health and execution. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of event and field marketing experience, including managing a high volume of trade shows in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proven expertise in event logistics, project management, budget oversight, and ROI analysis, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong vendor negotiation and management skills, including experience with venue sourcing, booth design, F&B, giveaways, and staffing. A creative mindset with a track record of crafting unique, high-impact event experiences. Exceptional collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partners, and leadership to align on objectives and deliverables. A desire to test, learn and grow a start up. Ability to travel up to , including weekends and holidays as required for event execution. Self-governing initiator who can drive deliverables with minimal supervision. Base Salary The compensation range for this role is $120,000-$150,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
