About Owl’s Brew Owl’s Brew is a female-founded start-up that creates clean boozy beverages. Our line of spiked & sparkling teas are fresh-brewed and made with only good, whole ingredients. Owl’s Brew can be found at Whole Foods, Sprouts, Total Wine, and Trader Joe’s, among others.
ROLE The Field Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in executing Owl’s Brew’s marketing strategies at the local and regional level. Working closely with the sales team, this individual will ensure seamless execution of field activities, drive consumer engagement, and support the brand’s growth in key markets. While this is a primarily remote position, our HQ is in the tri-state area, and we are seeking a candidate based in NYC, CT, or NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to train and support field execution, ensuring alignment on brand standards and goals. Brand Education: Recruit, train, and manage Brand Ambassadors and educate consumers and partners about Owl’s Brew products, ingredients, and story. POS Deployment: Identify opportunities for POS to support brand visibility and sales growth. Manage and distribute point-of-sale materials to drive awareness and engagement in the field, including identifying best systems for sales team to access POS materials. Field Marketing Tools: Identify gaps in field marketing tools and collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop resources that enhance execution and engagement. Event & Activation Management: Plan and execute national and regional priority events, including sampling, brand activations, and high-visibility partnerships at key venues, retail, and on-premise accounts. Capture content on-site for Social Media. Time in Trade: 2-3 days a month in trade, working with sales team, meeting with distributors, analyzing marketing tools. Reporting & Analysis: Gather insights from the field to provide actionable feedback to the marketing team. Create and execute recap templates to highlight key successes and opportunities for improvement. Budget Management: Monitor budgets for field marketing activities to ensure cost-effective execution. Social Media & Content Capture. Qualifications:
4–8 years of experience in field marketing, brand management, or a related role (experience in CPG or beverage industry preferred). 2+ years sales experience. Proven ability to manage events and activations, with a focus on delivering measurable results. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive results with minimal supervision. Experience measuring ROI for field marketing activities. Social media savvy (basic skills).
