Position Summary:

The role of the Community Manager is to be the frontline for all guests and members within our facility. This individual is responsible for handling a wide range of leadership and administrative tasks, and will be called upon as the on-site support for those that engage the space. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for coordination of services as it relates to The Center NTX with the support and direction from the community management and leadership. The ideal candidate must be able to perform under pressure while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Position Type: Full Time

Work Location: On-site at The Center NTX

Responsibilities include:

  1. Creating a sense of community among members
  2. Assisting members (current and potential) in a friendly, patient, and professional manner
  3. Onboarding new members by activating membership options and ensuring proper access to the space
  4. Answering and facilitating membership and space-related questions
  5. Developing and maintaining relationships with local partners, vendors, and community stakeholders
  6. Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms (billing, customer data, inventory)
  7. Working to increase and maintain membership rates at a high capacity
  8. Generating monthly reports to summarize location analytics
  9. Managing meeting room reservations
  10. Other duties as requested by Center Leadership

Sales and Marketing Initiatives:

  1. Devising and executing local marketing strategies to generate leads
  2. Communicating with members via email and cold calls to keep them engaged and ensure they are receiving value from the community
  3. Following up with inquiries and requests made from all communication points and documenting activity in CRM and marketing platforms
  4. Conducting tours for potential members onsite
  5. Negotiating member deals and local discounts for members

Community Initiatives:

  1. Managing community initiatives designed to develop member relationships
  2. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for members and guests
  3. Providing leadership to other staff members as it relates to community obligations
  4. Communicating with community management daily on new issues or concerns
  5. Planning monthly events, seasonal parties, or member events to bring the community together
  6. Centralizing member communications

Requirements:

  1. Post high school education or professional certification
  2. Knowledge of business-related software applications such as Microsoft Office, Google for Business, etc.
  3. Experience working with Entrepreneurs and/or Small Business Owners
  4. Understanding of the membership-based sales process
  5. Familiarity with standard business operations
  6. Willingness to aid in growing the community
  7. Able to work days, evenings, and weekends on a flexible work schedule format
