Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Execution:
• Develop and produce captivating live-stream content, including scripting, filming, and editing short-form videos optimized for TikTok Shop and other social platforms.
• Confidently appear on camera to host live streams, demonstrate product benefits, and interact with viewers to drive sales and brand loyalty.
• Support primary hosts in live-stream operations, ensuring seamless execution and high production quality.
• Partner with the e-commerce, marketing, and product teams to align content with promotional campaigns and business objectives.
• Collaborate on creative ideation, content calendars, and performance optimization strategies.
• Ownership & Problem-Solving:
• Lead end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives, meeting deadlines and exceeding quality standards.
• Address customer inquiries in real-time during live streams and provide post-session follow-up support.
• Planning & Analytics:
• Organize workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain a structured content schedule.
• Analyze live-stream metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates) to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

• On-Camera Charisma: Natural confidence and enthusiasm on camera; ability to present health products persuasively.
• Social Media Mastery: Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics, trends, and algorithm best practices. Experience with Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and live-stream platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, StreamYard).
• Collaborative Spirit: Strong team player with exceptional communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive Ownership: Self-driven problem-solver who takes initiative and delivers results independently.
• Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under tight deadlines.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Prior experience in health/wellness, supplements, or e-commerce live-streaming.
• Prior experience in sales.
• Knowledge of dietary supplements or passion for wellness trends.
