Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a TikTok-Savvy Content Creator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, stays ahead of social media trends, and has a passion for creative storytelling.

What you'll do:

Content Creation and Filming:

• Assist our Content Creator & Social Media Manager with TikTok-first content production, including brainstorming, setup, and filming both in-office and on location.
• Develop engaging, trendy, and brand-aligned content for TikTok and Instagram, focusing on short-form video storytelling.

Trend Spotting:

• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, audios, and challenges to develop fresh, creative content ideas.
• Identify emerging social media moments and create timely, relevant content to leverage these trends.

Attend Local Events:

• Support product sampling events, including occasional Friday/Saturday mornings at local fitness classes and wellness gatherings.

Community Engagement:

• Co-host TikTok Livestreams to engage authentically with our growing wellness community, answer questions, and showcase products.
• Actively engage with followers by responding to TikTok and Instagram comments to build connections and audience loyalty.

What we're looking for:

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience creating TikTok content, either for personal or brand accounts (portfolio or links to TikTok required).
• Strong video capturing and editing skills (experience with apps outside TikTok & Instagram is a plus).
• Experience hosting or participating in TikTok Lives.
• Quick to adapt to trending challenges, audios, and creative opportunities.
• A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Very familiar with TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and up-to-date content strategies.
• Comfortable in front of the camera, bold, and confident in engaging with others and being the face of the TikTok account.
• Skilled at content editing with a creative mindset for developing fresh, engaging ideas.
