Graphic Designer
Atlanta, GA (hybrid remote onsite Tuesday-Thursday)

We are seeking a talented and passionate Designer to join our client's creative team. You will be responsible for developing visually impactful design solutions across various marketing channels, integrated campaigns and collaborating closely with internal teams to bring their strategic vision to life. A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design principles, branding, and adaptability to different mediums is essential. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills to ensure successful project execution.
The Impact You'll Make
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for client projects, including logos, branding guidelines, and marketing creative for fully integrated marketing campaigns including digital advertising, OOH, website graphics, CTV, social media, events spaces, and print advertisements.
- Proficient in leveraging AI software and tools to solve creative problems, scale variation, and increase velocity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables by adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and comms partners to quickly understand needs and strategic objectives.
- Proudly present design concepts to partners and clients, effectively communicate design rationale and incorporate feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Stay abreast of design trends and industry best practices to incorporate innovative visual solutions.

What You've Accomplished
- Expert, hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Motion design experience is a plus.
- The right candidate is energized by learning and possesses a growth mindset.
- Strong visual communication skills, including typography, color theory, motion, and layout design.
- Excellent understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate client visions into effective creative through a branded lens.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to generate fresh design concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to adapt design style to suit different client needs and target audiences and collaborate effectively with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of a creative and empathic team culture.
- 5 years of successful design experience in a creative agency environment or in-house marketing creative team.
