Hybrid Remote in Atlanta, GA
W2 6+ month contract w/ likely extensions (medical, dental & vision benefits offered)

As a Research and Measurement Analyst, you will combine expertise in performance analysis, user research, third-party syndicated research, and data-driven insights to influence product development, marketing strategies, and advertising effectiveness. This role blends user-centered research methodologies with measurement analysis to drive impactful decision-making across campaigns and digital platforms.

You will work with diverse teams, including sales, account management, product management, engineering, and marketing, to implement best practices in campaign measurement, testing, optimization, and consumer product development. You will advocate for the consumer's voice while contributing to vertical and cross-functional initiatives.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Design and execute research plans and measurement studies using diverse methodologies to reveal actionable insights.
  • Consult with advertisers and agencies to create measurement plans that test advertising effectiveness and outcomes. This includes scoping study feasibility, performing data analysis, generating reports, and presenting results both internally and externally.
  • Manage relationships with third-party measurement providers and work with internal stakeholders to onboard and integrate new providers.
  • Analyze the performance of ad products, identifying trends and compiling learnings for cross-functional implementation.
  • Conduct user research (formative and evaluative) across in-person, remote, moderated, and unmoderated contexts.
  • Identify trends from analysis and compile learnings to be communicated and implemented cross-functionally.

What You've Accomplished

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cognitive Science, Marketing, Human Factors, Psychology).
  • Foundational understanding of User-Centered Design, Usability best practices, and Design Thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in querying and manipulating large data sets.
  • Experience in digital marketing, ad technology platforms, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools such as user research platforms (i.e. User Testing, Qualtrics, etc.), analytics software, and design collaboration tools.
  • Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Fluent in English and excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated communication skills with an ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Professional And Technical Expertise

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Research tools like UserZoom, Qualtrics, comScore, MRI-Simmons.
  • Experience in ad effectiveness studies with third-party measurement vendors such as Kantar, Cint, Disqo, Foursquare, InMarket, NCS, Circana, Crossix, IQVIA, etc. is preferred.
  • Portfolio showcasing user-centered research and design practices.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45 to $60 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
