Calling all audio enthusiasts and storytelling aficionados!

We're searching for a talented, detail-oriented podcast manager to join our dynamic team at Family First. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the production and promotion of 3+ podcasts, ensuring each captivates listeners and builds a thriving community.

Responsibilities:

• Content curation: Craft compelling episode ideas, research topics, secure guests, and conduct pre-interviews to set the stage for engaging conversations.
• Production: Edit and polish recordings with precision, adding intros, outros, music, and effects to create a seamless listening experience.
• Marketing: Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across social media and other channels to amplify reach and build a loyal audience.
• Data: Analyze podcast metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize growth and engagement.
• Technology: Manage podcast hosting platforms, scheduling tools, and editing software with efficiency and expertise.
• Team player: Collaborate closely with the hosts, producers, and other team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience in podcast production or a related field (bonus points for experience with our podcasts’ genre/niche: parenting)
• Strong understanding of the podcasting landscape and current trends
• Excellent audio editing skills and proficiency in software like Audacity or Adobe Audition
• Sharp written and oral communication skills to craft compelling copy and engage with listeners
• Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Collaborative spirit and passion for working as part of a team
