Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandising Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to create the customer’s first impression of CITY Furniture by implementing corporate visual standards and adding your unique flair.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the visual presentation of the showroom by following company standards.
• Coordinate furniture and accessory placement according to company standards.
• Manage home accents, including receiving, unpacking, and tagging of accessories.
• Ensure merchandise and CITY Furniture standards are followed.
• Maximize inventory productivity and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Associates for organizational success.

Qualifications

Furniture experience is not required, but skills in hospitality, customer service, or sales are beneficial. Required qualifications include:

• Prior Visual Display, Fashion Merchandising, or Design experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid FL Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
