What This Role Is…
As a Visual Merchandising Coordinator, you will help create the customer’s first impression of CITY Furniture by implementing corporate visual standards while adding your unique flair.
What You’ll Do…
- Create and maintain the visual presentation of the showroom by following company standards
- Coordinate furniture and accessory placement
- Manage home accents (receiving, unpacking, and tagging of accessories)
- Ensure merchandise and CITY Furniture standards are followed
- Maximize inventory productivity
- Collaborate with all Associates for organizational success
What We’re Looking For…
Furniture experience is not necessary. If you have a background in hospitality, customer service, or sales, this role may be a fit!
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior Visual Display, Fashion Merchandising, and Design experience a plus
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent lifting (45lbs +)
- Valid FL Driver’s License
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
