Base pay range

$68.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • Senior UX Researcher will facilitate, direct and solicit feedback during design reviews
  • Develop data collection efforts and oversee data analysis and synthesis using industry standard techniques
  • Design and implement research studies, including developing methodologies and data collection instruments
  • Lead, plan and execute field visits to shadow users in ethnographic states
  • Develop, prepare and deliver research reports, presentations, and other research deliverables
  • As a Senior UX Researcher, you will analyze research findings across products and provide actionable insights to stakeholders; Maintain and advocate for research repository
  • Strategize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into decision-making processes
  • Lead and plan workshops using established workshop frameworks
  • Mentor researchers and provide guidance on research best practices; Actively contribute to team culture and research ops
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and methodologies in the field of research

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of usability and user experience research tools and techniques (i.e. field research, heuristic reviews, benchmarking, etc.)
  • Experience creating user personas and journey maps to support a user centered design methodology
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to articulate strategic research objectives to stakeholders, IT partners and members of design team
  • Related experience in another field such as human factors, interactive design, information architecture, and/or market research is a plus
