Work Days: Monday - Friday & every other Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver's License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.
Rate: $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Requirements
- At least two years of experience in on-site property management with one year as an Assistant Community Manager.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work every other Saturday with an alternative day off during the week.
