The Position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies, conducting market research, and expanding our network within the healthcare community. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and representing CorePlus at various industry events.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market positioning.
  • Lead brand campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to deliver cohesive brand messaging.
  • Oversee brand performance metrics, analyzing data to optimize campaigns and strategies.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content calendar creation and design of creatives.
  • Support the creation of compelling collateral materials.
  • Represent CorePlus at industry events, conferences, and other promotional events across Puerto Rico.
  • Schedule, post, and track social media posts and their performance.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Collaborate and monitor agencies and vendors to execute marketing plans, evaluate results, and drive continuous optimization
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


    Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in brand marketing, event management, or related roles.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with Adobe graphic design suite and/or other industry leading tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive results.
  • Proficiency in content creation.

Working Conditions/ Physical Activity:

  • The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
