Carolina PRG is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to find a talented Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support business growth. This role involves overseeing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Manage branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Lead content creation efforts, including marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategy and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to optimize marketing performance.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows and industry conferences.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
